Versace for H&M Men’s 2011 Fall/Winter Collection Lookbook

Versace’s men’s collection for H&M is a mix of slick tailoring and pieces of extravagant pattern. Suit jackets and trousers come in either black or pink, while a black tuxedo jacket has metallic tip trims on its pockets, and shirts have metallic wing-tips on the collars. Versace’s palm and optical prints are used on T-shirts, as well as on thin-knit cashmere sweaters, while print is also used on velvet bombers, jeans, and even underpants.
There’s leather in the men’s collection too, with a quilted leather jacket trimmed with gold studs in the Versace classical Greek pattern, which is repeated down the sides of black cotton shorts and a rolled-sleeve T-shirt. Accessories include embellished beanies and patterned caps, embellished or print scarfs, as well as hi-top sneakers and the perfect dress shoes. All collections will be available in around 300 stores worldwide, as well as on-line, from 17th November.

adidas Originals unveils a second pair of JS Wings sneakers from its new collaborative range between Jeremy Scott and Korean pop group 2NE1. A complete opposite of the previous pair shown here, this design strays away from all of the colorful paneling and flamboyant material choices with a solid base that comes in an all-white scheme. Giuliano Fujiwara 2012 Spring/Summer Footwear Collection

Traditionally offering something a bit different in the footwear segment, Giuliano Fujiwara creates another noteworthy line of footwear for next season. A mix of both traditional and sneaker styles take on a strong approach to contrast and juxtaposition whether it be material or color changes. Much of the styles share a similar outsole design with a natural colored stripe of leather offering a break between sole and upper.

Autoblog describes the 2012 Lexus LFA not as a supercar, but as a narcotic, because of its intent to affect the structure and function of the human body. With only 500 available worldwide, this gives a new meaning to the term “designer drug.” With a race-bred, 4.8-liter v10 under the hood it’d be apt to describe the sensation of driving this vehicle as euphoria-inducing. It is nearly identical in length to a Porsche 911 and Chevrolet Corvette, but lower and wider than both. With 552 horses, Lexus claims its LFA will rocket to 60 mph in 3.6 seconds towards a top speed of 202 mph. If your pockets are deep enough and the habit is too hard to kick, the LFA retails for $375,000 USD.

COS, also known by its longer moniker Collection of Style, readies its 2011 Fall/Winter Lookbook. Often applauded for taking the elitism out of high-fashion without sacrificing style, their latest offering is no different. Amongst the highlights are the woolen overcoats, ribbed sweaters and sleek, polished affairs for the feet. While the stores will have new product delivered daily, the merchandise will not be based on a quick reaction to street or runway trends. Rather, it will be a collection of classics.

CLAE Fall/Winter Collection

Consistently impressive with each passing season, CLAE presents another round of solid designs for the rapidly approaching Fall 2011 season. Look for both versions to release on November 5, 2011 with a retail price of $175 USD each.
