Korine wrote the groundbreaking film Kids, as a teenager living in New York. Among other things, Kids depicted the skate scene in New York in the early 90’s, and featured many famed NY skaters including Harold Hunter and Justin Pierce. Outside of his film making, Korine is a accomplished creative who has worked with Christopher Wool, Sonic Youth, Cat Power, and Bjork among others. The set of skateboard decks will be available in-store in NY, LA, London and online on October 6 and available in Japan on October 8.
